Burgerstein Omega-3 EPA offers you a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, with a focus on EPA (378 mg EPA | 72 mg DHA). Our capsules are additionally enriched with vitamin E, an essential antioxidant for our organism.

The capsules are characterized by good tolerance and a neutral taste and should ideally be taken on a long-term basis. Omega-3 fatty acids can be used both preventively and therapeutically to support numerous diseases. It has been shown that the properties and functions of EPA and DHA, the two most important omega-3 fatty acids, are quite different from each other - even if a clear demarcation between the areas of action of EPA and DHA is not always possible.

The fish oil used comes from guaranteed sustainable fishing and is certified according to "Friend of the Sea".
