Delivery & shipping costs 

All Burgerstein products are delivered by our cooperation partner. 

Shipping within Austria:
Orders with a value of EUR 45.00 or more are currently free of charge.
For orders under EUR 45.00, postage costs of EUR 4.50 apply throughout Austria.
Delivery time: usually 1-3 working days

Shipping to Germany:
All orders from a value of 89.00 EUR postage free.
Orders under 89.00 EUR will incur postage costs of 6.90 EUR.
Delivery time: usually 2-4 working days

Shipping to Belgium, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Netherlands, France, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Denmark:
Postage costs of EUR 14.90 apply to all orders.

Shipping to Estonia, Latvia, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania:
Postage costs of EUR 19.90 apply to all orders.

Shipping service provider 
Within Austria and Germany, we currently ship primarily via DPD or GLS.
Outside Austria and Germany we ship with GLS or DHL. 

No self-collection possible
