Omega-3 DHA

Your brain's favourite fatty acid. An adequate intake of DHA supports the maintenance of healthy brain performance and optimal visual acuity (effect from 250 mg DHA daily). Burgerstein Omega-3 DHA is characterized by a high content of omega-3 fatty acids (470 mg DHA | 130 mg EPA) obtained from pure fish oil. Our formula is supplemented with vitamin E, one of the most important antioxidants for our organism. Of course, it is well tolerated and can be taken continuously and permanently. Omega-3 fatty acids can be used both for prevention and treatment to support many diseases. It also shows that the properties and functions of the two most important omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, are quite different from each other - even if a clear boundary line cannot always be drawn between the fields of action of EPA and DHA. The fish oil used comes from guaranteed sustainable fishing - certified according to "Friend of the Sea" standards. Important fatty acid without fish flavour. Burgerstein Omega-3 liquid is a tasty oil with a natural orange flavor that is free of fish flavor. It contains a balanced amount of EPA and DHA (730 mg EPA | 455 mg DHA) and is suitable for the whole family, including children from 2 years. Omega-3 fatty acids can be used for many diseases, both for prevention and to support therapy.There are differences in the properties and functions of the two main omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, although their areas of action are not always clearly separated.
