Burgerstein Vitamin C Complex is a unique dietary supplement that contains vitamin C as well as a variety of bioactive plant components. These support the versatile effects of vitamin C on the immune system, bones, teeth, gums, iron absorption, energy metabolism and much more in a synergistic way.
Additional ingredients in Vitamin C-Complex include: 30 mg rose hip powder | 100 mg lemon bioflavonoid complex | 50 mg rutin | 50 mg hesperidin complex.
Our body can neither build vitamin C reserves nor, unlike many other mammals, produce vitamin C itself. Therefore, vitamin C is an essential vitamin for us. The body absorbs exactly the amount of vitamin C it needs and excretes the excess.
