Burgerstein Lecithin Granules is a pure natural product extracted from soybeans and has a 100% content of soy lecithin (GMO-free). This vegetable lecithin is free of cholesterol and contains essential phospholipids and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
Lecithin is known for its structure-forming properties and is also attributed to many functional roles. It plays an active role in both anabolic lipid metabolism (synthesis and distribution of lipids) and catabolic lipid metabolism (breakdown and conversion of lipids).
