Burgerstein Sport presents itself as a comprehensive multivitamin-mineral basic preparation, which was developed specifically for the requirements and increased needs of athletes.
Antioxidant substances such as vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. A variety of vitamins and trace elements support the immune system, energy metabolism and protein synthesis. In addition, magnesium and calcium support normal muscle function. The formulation is complemented by a berry extract.
During intense physical activity, numerous processes take place in the body: Due to the effort, oxidants or free radicals are formed, which should be eliminated. Through sweating, the body loses minerals that need to be replenished. In this context, the vitamin and mineral balance is particularly challenged and requires support.
The nutrients contained in Burgerstein Sport, such as vitamins, minerals and trace elements, are specifically tailored to the needs of amateur and competitive athletes. Long-term use does not pose a problem. Depending on the discipline, a combination with creatine or L-carnitine can be quite useful.
