Burgerstein B-Complex B50 offers you all 8 essential B vitamins that are essential for your physical and mental health as well as performance. For example, the included vitamin B12 contributes to a balanced energy metabolism and helps reduce fatigue and fatigue. Likewise, vitamin B6 promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system and supports a healthy mental state.
