Calcium and vitamin D3 - does and tastes good.
Burgerstein Calcium D3 toffees are delicious chewing or sucking candies with calcium and vitamin D3, suitable for both adults and children. They are characterized by a pleasant vanilla taste.
These delicious toffees contain two organic calcium compounds (calcium carbonate and calcium citrate) and can be easily consumed throughout the day. The vitamin D3 contained in them supports normal absorption and utilization of calcium.
Thanks to the individual packages, the toffees are also ideal for traveling. They are especially recommended for people who have difficulty swallowing tablets or do not want to take them.
The daily calcium requirement varies according to age. Infants need between 220 and 330 mg, while children up to 10 years of age already need 900 mg. From the age of 19, the requirement is about 1000 mg. For older people, pregnant women and nursing mothers, the daily requirement is assumed to be between 1000 and 1300 mg.
